Nicki has been great in helping us find and ultimately close on our first home in Beacon, NY. We switched agents part through the process and Nicki has been everything we hoped for. She has personal knowledge of the area, including many of the contractors, owners, and other real-estate professionals and she’s worked diligently with us through a number of months to help us find a great home.

Nicki is wonderful. We’ve worked with her for several years now, in all types of real estate: securing both commercial and residential rentals; listing and selling our home; purchasing our town home. She always goes above and beyond what is required (for example, bringing our kitchen measurements to Home Depot to get sketches drawn up for our renovation), and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She’s also very communicative, which we really appreciate. We’ve viewed tons of properties with her and I always admire her expertise in thinking up renovation options, negotiating prices, and thoroughly examining comparable properties before making any big decisions. Nicki got us the home of our dreams! We were so nervous being first-time homebuyers, but she walked us through the process step by step.
