Gate House Realty was started in 2001 by Charlotte Guernsey. Seeing the vision in Beacon in the late 1990’s Charlotte purchased a building on Main Street, renovated it and then opened up her own office. In 2021, after celebrating our 20th anniversary, Gate House joined Compass to become The Gate House Team at Compass.
